The collections of songs this band delivers are hook-laden and introspective. Stacy and Donna have had numerous songs placed in TV and Film including: TV shows "The Unit", “Dawson's Creek”, “Felicity”, “Passions”, “Melrose Place”, and “That's Life”; Movies "The Stranger Beside Me", "And Never Let Her Go" and "Turn of Faith"; and commercials for Gateway Computers, Southwestern Bell, Toyota and Wal-Mart.
Imaginary Friends performs a wide range of venues from world class acoustic venues such as Genghis Cohen and The Mint to charity benefits including the Stop Cancer Beverly Hills Run/Walk and Center Theatre Group special performances of "Rent" and "Bring in da Noise /Bring in da Funk" at the Ahmanson theater. The are also perennial fixtures at heavily-trafficked southland festivals such as the Venice Carnevale Festival.
The ‘Friends like to make a difference, performing benefits including the Stop Cancer Beverly Hills Run/Walk, Center Theatre Group special benefit performances at the Ahmanson theater, Cedars Sinai Center for Women's Health “Sound of Spirit” Breast Cancer Benefit, and fundraisers for Aids Project LA and many more. They have also performed at ONE multigenerational facility, nursing homes, in schools for "Stay in School" pep rallies, and created a multimedia presentation "Acting & Singing in the Real World" for high school students. |
